Sea Buckthorn: Good for Your Brain!

Most people who know about sea buckthorn (aka sea berry) know about the copious health and beauty benefits and hundreds of bioactive compounds contained in the diminutive orange berries. However, most aren't familiar with the brain benefits of consuming sea buckthorn.
