Acne develops when you have a buildup of oil in your skin that allows bacteria to grow and flourish, causing bad acne on your face. We have a tendency to choose beauty products and regimens that make our skin look better, but you could unknowingly be causing more damage. Here are some common acne triggers:

  • Some skin care products are filled with pore-clogging materials – Before putting anything on your skin, be sure to check the ingredients first.
