How do I return an item? At Sibu we offer our customers a money-back guarantee on all unopened products. We also will refund the purchase price (minus shipping & handling) on up to two bottles/packages of opened product. Please use our products for a minimum of a one month in order to achieve full efficacy. As with most skin care products, your skin might get worse before it gets better. If you are not totally satisfied after one month of using the product, you may return the empty bottles/packages and the sealed, unused bottles/packages for a refund (less shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee). Only two bottles/packages of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory sealed container to be eligible for refund. Because we ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. You have 90 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We cannot process returns past 90 days. All returns are charged a restocking fee.
